1. Sign up & you'll begin receiving:

  • Pictures of available vehicles
  • Estimated wholesale prices (what dealers pay)
  • Estimated retail prices (what the public pays)
  • MANHEIM’S AUTO CHECK by EXPERIAN the equivalence of CARFAX. This report reveals how many times the vehicle has been serviced, how many owners, number of accidents, and last reported mileage.

2. Full in-person inspection before you buy. once you approve a vehicle you're interested in, we send our licensed technician on-site at the auction to perform a complete inspection. This includes:

  • OBD/Check-Engine Scan
  • Dashboard warning lights
  • Suspension, brakes, rotors, and tires
  • Power Windows, switches, radio, A/C, heat, sunroof
  • Radiator & engine fluids, oil levels, leaks
  • Spare tire, lights, turn signals, and more
  • You can request live FaceTime, videos, and pictures during this

3. Agree on your maximum bid

After the inspection passes, we determine the TOP BID AMOUNT based on your budget and current market values. This strategy puts you in the best position to win the vehicle at wholesale pricing.

4. Payment before the auction

A wire transfer for the estimated full amount must be completed by the end of the business day prior to the auction.

  • Funds must be secured before bidding.

5. Post-sale inspection (PSI) & green light guarantee.

After the bid is won, A PSI (POST SALE INSPECTION IS ORDERED) this inspection is performed by the MANHEIM AUCTION. If the vehicle fails, we arbitrate, and return the car for a full refund, or apply a credit of the full amount towards the purchase of another vehicle. If it passes, the vehicle’s full purchase price is paid, and a gate pass in obtained and printed to allow the vehicle to exit the facility. Once a PSI is ordered, and the vehicle passes, the auction grants the buyer an additional 7 days to make sure the car has no issues.

  • (GREEN LIGHT SELLER’S GUARANTEE). If any issue arises within the 7 days window, the vehicle is returned to the auction for a refund.
  • There are no markups. The price we pay at the auction is the price you pay.

6. Delivery & Documents

The final step is to set up shipping/delivery to your front door, administer the transfer of the title, and generate your bill of sale.
