Quality Car Brokers — Vehicle Acquisition Process

1. Sign up & you'll begin receiving:

This report reveals how many times the vehicle has been serviced, how many owners, number of accidents, and last reported mileage.

2. Full in-person inspection before you buy. Once you approve a vehicle you're interested in, we send our licensed technician on-site at the auction to perform a complete inspection. This includes:

3. Agree on your maximum bid

After the inspection passes, we determine the TOP BID AMOUNT based on your budget and current market values. This strategy puts you in the best position to win the vehicle at wholesale pricing.

4. Payment before the auction

A wire transfer of the estimated full amount must be submitted by the end of the business day prior to the auction.

5. Post-sale inspection (PSI) & green light guarantee.

All vehicles are pre-owned and purchased in as-is wholesale condition even though inspected prior to purchase, and post-sale inspected after purchase.
Each vehicle includes a seven (7) or fourteen (14) days post-sale inspection period, as selected after purchase. During this time, Client must purchase Post-Sale Inspection after their vehicle is purchased by Quality Car Brokers.

Arbitration is limited strictly as follows:

This Inspection Period and arbitration structure represent the sole post-sale remedy. Client assumes full responsibility for the vehicle beyond these terms.

6. Delivery & Documents

The final step is to set up shipping/delivery to your front door, administer the transfer of the title, and generate your bill of sale.
