Welcome to Quality Car Brokers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, vehicle sourcing assistance, and dealer-auction brokerage services.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Company Information
Quality Car Brokers (“QCB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a vehicle brokerage service that assists clients in sourcing vehicles through dealer-only wholesale auctions and other automotive channels.
Quality Car Brokers is not a manufacturer, lender, insurance provider, or vehicle warranty company unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You can legally enter into binding agreements
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You are authorized to make vehicle purchasing decisions
3. Nature of Services
Quality Car Brokers provides:
• Vehicle sourcing assistance
• Auction vehicle research
• Wholesale market access assistance
• Vehicle pricing analysis
• Transportation coordination assistance
• Vehicle acquisition support
QCB does not guarantee:
• Specific vehicle availability
• Exact savings amounts
• Financing approval
• Vehicle condition beyond disclosed reports
• Future resale value
Vehicle inventory changes rapidly and availability is not guaranteed.
4. Wholesale Auction Vehicles
Clients acknowledge and understand that many vehicles sourced through QCB may originate from dealer-only wholesale auctions.
These vehicles may:
• Have prior accidents
• Show cosmetic or mechanical wear
• Be sold with limited guarantees
• Have varying maintenance histories
Clients are encouraged to:
• Review all inspection reports
• Obtain independent inspections after purchase
• Understand the risks associated with wholesale vehicle purchases
5. Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required before QCB begins sourcing or bidding on a vehicle.
By submitting a deposit, you authorize QCB to:
• Research vehicles on your behalf
• Attend auctions
• Attempt vehicle acquisition within agreed parameters
Deposits may be:
• Non-refundable once active sourcing or bidding begins
• Applied toward the final transaction amount
• Subject to administrative fees $500.00 if canceled
Specific deposit terms will be disclosed separately before payment.
6. Vehicle Pricing and Market Information
All displayed pricing examples, savings estimates, wholesale spreads, auction comparisons, and market data are for informational and educational purposes only.
Actual pricing may vary based on:
• Auction fees
• Vehicle condition
• Transportation costs
• Broker’s fees
Statements such as:
“Take 30 seconds to see… how much cheaper your next car could be.”
are marketing statements and not guarantees of savings.
7. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
Unless expressly stated in writing:
• Vehicles are sold “AS IS”
• QCB makes no guarantees regarding future mechanical performance
• Cosmetic and mechanical imperfections may exist
• Auction announcements and condition reports may not identify every issue
Clients assume responsibility for:
• Reviewing vehicle history reports
• Understanding arbitration timelines
• Conducting inspections when available
8. Limited Post-Sale Inspection Period
Certain eligible vehicles may include a limited post-sale inspection period ranging from seven (7) to fourteen (14) days depending on auction protections purchased.
This limited period:
• Applies only to qualifying issues
• Does not cover normal wear and tear
• Does not guarantee full repair reimbursement
• May be subject to arbitration rules established by the auction provider
Repairs exceeding agreed coverage limitations may not qualify for arbitration or reimbursement.
Additional inspection or arbitration terms may be provided separately.
9. No Financial or Legal Advice
QCB does not provide:
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Insurance advice
Clients should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Misuse the website or services
• Submit false information
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Copy or exploit proprietary content
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the QCB website, including:
• Logos
• Branding
• Graphics
• Videos
• Carousels
• Marketing materials
• Written content
is owned by Quality Car Brokers and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Car Brokers shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Vehicle depreciation
• Mechanical failures
• Transportation delays
• Auction losses
• Missed opportunities
• Third-party actions
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to QCB for brokerage services.
13. Third-Party Services
Quality Car Brokers may work with or reference third-party providers including:
• Auctions
• Transport companies
• Inspection companies
• Warranty providers
We are not responsible for the actions, delays, or performance of third parties.
14. Cancellation Rights
Quality Car Brokers reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if:
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Payment issues occur
• A client becomes abusive or uncooperative
• Vehicle acquisition becomes commercially unreasonable
Clients may cancel service subject to any applicable deposit and sourcing terms.
15. Privacy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in New Jersey.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
